Zick’s has been around since 1961 and has been in meat specialties for almost 30 years. What began as Zick’s Grocery store in St. Joseph, Michigan, has been transformed into a meat processing plant specializing in old world style smoked sausages, jerky, and snack sticks that over the years have become quite unique. Many of the products that we make here, now in Berrien Springs, Michigan, you won’t find anywhere else, while some of the sausages we make you won’t find anymore. We are dedicated to finding new and exciting ways to thrill our customers’ taste buds, while preserving the old European recipes that have been kept secret for generations. We make over 20 flavors of snack sticks and jerky, and over 30 different kinds of bacon, sausages, and other smoked meats. The Zick family would like to invite you to enjoy these products as much as we enjoy making them. We are devoted and enthusiastic about finding the best quality meats, spices, and equipment to make our products the absolute best they can be. We began, and remain family owned and operated.

Zick’s Product Integrity information
All of Zick’s products are USDA inspected. This means that there is a USDA inspector on site each production day and products are produced under the HACCP standard program. All products are approved in Washington and the raw product and processes meet or exceed their standards. All of the meats are farm Raised and pre and post mortem inspections are performed on animals. All products are approved for intrastate trade, Mexico and Canada.
